About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Currently, my work is focused on adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, family of origin issues, and complex family dynamics.

Prior to opening my private practice, I worked in many community mental health settings throughout Oakland and San Francisco, including outpatient mental health clinics, crisis stabilization sites, residential treatment programs, and both alternative and traditional schools.

  • Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling with an emphasis on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from San Francisco State University

  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences from Ohio University
